In late 2002, we were retained to develop a business plan for the formation of a new trucking company to specialize in small package and less-than-truckload delivery both business to business and with some residential.  The company commenced operations in early 2003 and has grown steadily since.  Today it has generated significant profitable business in its founding marketplace and is undertaking expansion.

The business plan required limited initial financing which was handled by the founders.  The plan  was designed to take care of a logistics problem for a single company.  Initially the primary customer represented 100% of the business.  With hard work and a broadening of the customer base the initial company's percentage of the total business has substantially declined.

We are an ongoing advisor to the President, we coach him to measure and understand the key metrics of the business, to understand the financial statements, to plan for growth and to handle personnel and organizational matters.
